Sacred:Banish Undead

Banish Undead: +XX Chance to utterly destroy an undead being mimicring the effect of the Potion of Undead Death. This modifier is useful only in the Single Player games. In LAN or Multi Player the undead creatures are destroyed completely when their Health Points reaches 0 and they dont reborn again.
