Carlos is a young guy who lives in a house near the East-Skookemchuck river with his father, Melantor. The boy is a good singer and dancer, but his father wanted him to be a great fighter. As soon as the player meets him, the boy will ask for help improving the relation with his father, by impressing him in the Family Tradition quest.
