You meet James right after you kill Abbott Charolus and leave the vault. He's a member of the O.S.S....Umm the Orc Secret Service...what will these orcs think of next? As crazy as it sounds you both have the same objective - the elimination of the resurrection artifacts. He tells you Chieftain Gron'kar of the Blood Orcs has the last artifact you need. Thus starts an unlikely alliance though it will not last. Eventually James will show his true colors and attempt to steal an important item from you while in the Desert.
