Talk to Lord Harikari - he wants you to escort him to Lord Gemma's estate.
Please accompany me to Lord Gemma's estate.
My staff has shamefully abandoned me, the vermin! Now I'm stuck in this miserable place and don't know what else to do. Could you accompany me to Lord Gemma's estate? I don't dare try to make the trip on my own.
Head East away from the quest start location to receive a message about your true intentions.
This journey will be short. As soon as we reach a quieter neighborhood, I'll get rid of this smug nobleman.
Lead Lord Harikari East out of the city, following the road until it turns North towards the farms either side of a junction. Head directly East off the road until the quest updates.
Talk to Lord Harikari, then kill him.

Pick up the Bill that Lord Harikari drops to complete the quest and automatically start the quest Settling Debts.
