Skook's Corner is an island in the middle of the East-Skookemchuck River. It is also the ancestral home of the DeMordrey family and current residence of Baron DeMordrey.

Heraldry
The DeMordrey flag is prominently displayed at Skook's Corner. It shows two red, crossed swords. This coat of arms appears on the shields and uniforms of DeMordrey's soldiers, who remain fairly close to Skook's Corner and do not range far. A version of this emblem with a single, red sword is on the livery of Baron DeMordrey himself.
