In the extreme northwest corner of The Jungle, you will find Mindyola standing outside the Boathouse. Apparently, the Boathouse guard was killed by wild animals, and his body dragged away. To make matters worse, the guard had the only key, so Mindyola cannot get into the boathouse. Someone has to retrieve the key, and you drew the short straw.
Find the key to the boathouse!
What terrible misfortune! The guard at the boathouse is dead! I saw it with my own eyes, from a distance of course. A pack of wild animals attacked him and tore him to shreds. He had the only key to the boathouse, now I cant get into the boathouse and neither can you. Perhaps you could fetch the key? I'm too afraid of the animals to do it myself.
Just head east, staying close to the mountains, and you will come to the key. It is just lying on the ground where the man-eaters dropped it.

Grab the key and return to Mindyola. He will reward you and allow you access to the Boathouse. This will grant you access to the North and South Jungle Islands.
