After a few minutes talking with the exiled man, he finally tells you where exactly the undead come from every night. As the vault where they come out is now located, you must go and explain the General Denyiw.

Expelled Leper

Go to General Denyiw and report to him!

That's all what I saw. You should hurry. More undead come every night. It'll be too late once they've flooded the city!

You walk back the way you came, but instead entering Thylysium again, you turn left and look for Denyiw in the military camp. Finally you find him near the middle of the camp.
