Detailed Walkthrough
Maweran explains you what has been happening for the last months in the region, where lots of ghosts are infesting every place and Thraconians keep raiding villages, farms and cottages. You are told to contact the captain of the local militia, who will explain you the situation and where your help will be worthier.
Speak with Militia Captain Gabelte!
Oh yes good old Timotan, he didn’t need to thank me! Of course I was going to help him! I’m sure that by now you recognize that the situation in this area isn’t very safe. Most of the citizens from surrounding villages and farms have already moved to quieter areas. Those who stayed here founded a small militia to at least be able to put up a slightly organized fight against the Thraconians and the undead. No one expects any help to come from Baron DeMordrey anymore either. I think you could help us out with a few of our problems if you have the time for it. Speak with militia captain Gabelte. You’ll find him close by, at our militia’s guard post.
The militia guard post is north west from the river crossing, where you stay with Maweran. You walk through the path until you find a road-crossing, and you see the post at the north, just a two minutes walk.

After asking a couple of inquisitive guards you finally manage to talk with Gabelte. The captain recognizes Maweran's signature, so you are trustful for him. You are told the militia plans, which include retreating to Crag Rock Valley, which is not safe any more.

Greetings!
We don't see many strangers around here nowadays. Ah Maweran sent you! Is that old guy still sitting at the creek bathing his worms? He's probably told you everything already, the ghosts and Thraconians forced us to create a militia. This post here guards the entrance to Crag Rock Valley, the place we plan to retreat to. Unfortunately the valley is no longer safe.
Things are getting even worse here, so you decide to help these people.
Quest Enemies
- You may find several kinds of ghosts in these lands, such as wolf ghosts, boar ghosts, bear ghosts or human ghosts, as well as lots of thraconians.
