Slows down all attacks by opponents in the vicinity of the Inquisitor.

Bronze

Panic - Reduces the opponent's attack value. (50 + 1 per CA level decrease)
Despair - Reduces the opponents' resistance values. (50 + 1 per CA level decrease)

Silver

Decrepit - Reduces attack speed even more. (19.8% + 0.2% per CA level decrease / 50% increase from base value)
Demoralize - Adds a chance to instill fear into opponents and make them run away for a brief period. (20% chance)

Gold

The following skills and attributes will affect this combat art:

Stamina will decrease its regeneration
Nefarious Underworld Focus will decrease its regeneration
Nefarious Underworld Lore will raise its damage
Concentration will decrease its regeneration
Combat Discipline will reduce its regeneration time if this Combat Art is placed within a combo.
