Detailed Walkthrough
Talk to Maidservant Bimista to learn of the tame bear, Urzi.
Head North out of the Manor grounds, then West until you reach the road. Cross the road and follow the hill North, then turn West between the hill and the trees and keep going until you reach the cave where Urzi the bear lives.
Enter the cave and talk to Urzi the bear, killing the other bears as necessary.
When Urzi joins you as a henchman, head out of the cave. Two Bloodthirsty Poachers and their Staghound will be standing outside the cave, and there may well be other enemies in the vicinity. You may want to take advantage of Urzi’s current invincibility to kill the nearby enemies, although be careful you don’t get dragged too far away by Urzi’s enemy-hunting tendencies.
Talk to the Bloodthirsty Poacher and then kill both Poachers and their Staghound to complete the quest and receive your reward. Urzi the bear will also stop being your henchman at this point.
