Quick Walkthrough
- Find a ship (at Thylysium for example)
- Travel to Nanthar, the harbor of the Blood Region. (Ice & Blood Expansion)
- Speak to Officer Mintuck who is stationed at Nanthar.
Detailed Walkthrough
You complete this quest when you speak with Officer Mintuck in the port town of Nanthar.

To get to Nanthar, teleport to a portal that is near a ship that you have active. Use that ship to travel to the port of Nanthar. Officer Mintuck will be standing near where you dock.
Talking to Officer Mintuck will also get you started on the next quest, In the Jungle

Notes
The first ship port you encounter in game will be in Thylysium. If you have made it as far as Dryad Island, the portal in Aerendyr is quite close to the ship captain.
