That guy just happened to be in the wrong place that evening. He decided to spent his time in the small inn known as The Sleepy Badger. Your Inquisitor happened to be there too. He just wanted no one to see him...
Location
- Guest can be located in The Sleepy Badger. You can meet him only in the beginning of the Inquisitor's single player campaign.

- Guest is involved in Conspiracies!, the first part of the Inquisitor's main-quest.
