Quick Walkthrough Talk to Scout Menatrin to hear what he has to report to his commander. Head outside the cave to the place where Officer Rengelwyn waits for his scout (you need to exit the cave through the same entrance you used to came there). Talk to Officer Rengelwyn.

Detailed Walkthrough

As you found out, Scout Menatrin wasn't just hiding in a cave. He was... well, scouting. He seems to find out some important information about the local pirates. Of course, you want to know more about his findings, don't you?

That may be interesting to Officer Rengelwyn as well, so Menatrin wants you to report to his superior. He is also very worried about his reputaion and wants you to tell Rengelwyn how brave his scout is. That won't be hard, since all you have to do is to head back out of the cave and then across the path to where Rengelwyn is standing. There most probably won't be any more enemies inside the cave, since you cleared them off just recently.

Rengelwyn seems to be bored... But you have some news to entertain him with.

Let's tell him about Menatrin's findings and bravery.

Rengelwyn believed in your story about the pirates. His opinion about his scout hasn't become any better, but it's Menatrin's problem, not yours. Since the officer is quite short of staff, you can guess who would have to deal with the pirates, can't you? It becomes especially clear when you see that Rengelwyn wants to talk to you again. If you agree to talk to him, you'd receive a final part of this quest.

Notes

• In the earlier versions of Sacred 2 Fallen Angel the cave where most of this chain takes place was split in three small caves. If you're playing Fallen Angel 2.12 or earlier, you'd have to go through the first cave and enter the second one before you find Menatrin.
