Quick Walkthrough
Take the packet of food to the homeless man near the statue.
Detailed Walkthrough
On top of Pointed Peak, after you've done the other two quests, you will get a quest to feed the homeless man who is stealing the offerings from the statue next to the guard tower. Take him the food and watch as he mocks you. Quest complete.

Notes
This is the LIGHT side version of this quest. The shadow side variation is, well, darker and somehow more satisfying.
