Terror - Targets are stunned for a short time. Silver Heat - Fire burns faster (reduces time between damage pulses). Blind - Decreases target's hit value (presumably their attack value). Gold Fury - Fire burns stronger (increases damage). Scatter - Area of effect increased. Skills and Attributes Dragon Magic Focus will decrease the regeneration time and raise max CA level. Dragon Magic Lore will increase the cast speed and damage but not the opponent attack penalty. Usage Strategies Useful for inflicting area of effect damage on mobs and large bosses.
