Carrion Vine

Ethereal tendrils summoned by Rathma strangle enemies and draw their corpses into the ground, where they are rapidly decomposed, giving their life energies to the player.

Effect Description:
Summons vines over a wide, static, area of effect which root, damage, and leech life from enemies for a period of time.

Starting Values:

• Roots all enemies in a 20m radius
• Damage = Character dependent (Between 19 and 24 Poison)
• Leech Life from Opponents: 0.5% + 0.1% per level
• Hits per second: 0.5
• Duration: 12 seconds (gains 1 second every 20 levels)
• Regeneration Time: 400 seconds (~6.6 minutes)
