After you explain the situation to Officer Willybald, at first he can't believe what he's hearing but then it all starts to make sense to him. He agrees that DeMordrey is behind it all and decides the best chance they have is to attack DeMordrey's stronghold itself.
What you're saying is outrageous, but it makes sense! We have to act fast. We might have a chance at stopping DeMordrey if we take immediate action.
So you head to Skook's Corner. You'll have to get through his guards out in the courtyard first.
