His specific dialogue varies depending on your alignment (shadow or light), but your objective is the same - head to Sloeford. Head Northeast across the island chain to the mainland, then North past Happy Cow Farm to Sloeford. When you arrive in the centre of the village you will receive a message telling you to speak to the local Inquisition Commander; he will give you the first quest of the shadow campaign Thwarted Attack Plans. Logbook Entry Notes After you reach Sloeford talk to Zamanar. This will start The Runemaster's Son. You walk right by the area where you rescue the son on the way to getting the next quest.
