Officer of the Inquisition Guard is quest giver for the second and third quests of the Powers In Noriath's Corner chain-quest. This quest is available for Shadow characters only.
Officer of the Inquisition Guard is involved in Protecting Noriath's Corner quest. This quest is available for Light characters only.

While completing the quest The Guardsmen in the Ruins of the Protecting Noriath's Corner chain (available for Light characters only), you'd have to fight Officer of the Inquisition Guard. That is an enemy she would become
