Quick Walkthrough
1. Blue Tongues
- Talk to Jarofein
- Kill 5 Dragon Cultists and collect their blue tongues
- Talk to Waton and Dundiel, Ophtanar's Deputy on the Western Dragon Sea Island
2. Placing the Blame
- Talk to Blackhammer
- Talk to Dundiel, Ophtanar's Deputy
- Defeat Dundiel, Ophtanar's Deputy
- Talk to Waton
3. The Truth is Revealed
- Talk to Waton
- Travel to the cult's treasure chamber on the Souther Dragon Sea Island
- Talk to Waton again
- Confront Ophtanar on the Eastern Dragon Sea Island
- Defeat Ophtanar and his personal guard
4. Watons End
- Talk to Waton
- Defeat Waton
