Detailed Walkthrough
After activating the last totem in Unclean Totems, the inner door unlocks. Behind that door is a demon. Defeat the demon and use the portal in the corner to teleport out.

- NOTE: The quest enemy is a nearly boss-tier, Elite Harbinger of Death. She looks exactly the same as a regular Elite but can spell a quick death for an unprepared adventured, as she has vastly increased damage, health and armor. Simply compare the stats with the regular Harbingers below to see the difference.
- On top of that, this special Harbinger of Death also has different spells:
- A berserk aura, that further increases all the damage she deals as her health goes down, bringing it to what could potentially be the hardest hitting enemy in the game when near death.
- A small poison totem (same as the Blood Dryad Shamans have) that automatically fires at the player after being placed, dealing very high poison damage with a high probability of also causing an additional Poison DoT. These totems are quite small and unnoticable, but can bring a very quick death to any character that stands in their range.
The small portal will take you just outside the entrance to the Lost Crypt. Make your way back to the Zombie Camp and talk to Officer Bramus.
