The Boathouse is located in northwestern Jungle region, a short distance northwest of Na'Fian. Once you complete The Boathouse given by Mindyola it will allow access to the Northern and Southern Jungle Islands. Be sure to stock up in Na'Fian with any gear or potions as neither island has any services available.

Transportation
Use the portal or monolith in Na'Fian and head northwest along the shoreline
Enemies
Garema of all types: Assassins, Ghost Warriors, Levin Warriora and Gareme Daimyos are plentiful here. Also Panthers and Hunting Spiders are also very common.
