Quest Parts

Though this chain is relatively short according to logbook and initially has a very low difficulty stated, it actually requires to travel a lot around the northern part of the Jungle region and to battle a dangerous Boss enemy.

There are different ways to complete this chain quest. Some parts of the chain are common, some others are available for Light or Shadow characters only, or have different ways of solving depending on the character's alignment.

In order to start your journey towards completing this dangerous multi-part quest, you would have to talk to Nemaya, the Dryad Ranger, who can be found in the Archaeologist Camp in the Jungle. The detailed information on this string of quests starts here.

Quick Walkthrough

Who is who?

• Talk to Nemaya in the Archaeologist Camp
• Hidded additional task: Kill 4 Failitias Seekers in the ruins
• Talk to Turok in the riuns on the bank of Kybele's Tears (twice)
• Hidded additional task: Kill 8 Failitias Warriors on the way from the ruins to Na'Fian
• Talk to Seriefa in Na'Fian (twice)
• Hidded additional task: Kill 6 Failitias Guards near the cave north of Na'Fian
• Talk to Failitia near the same cave (twice)
• Go into the cave and find the second Failitia standing near the altar
• Talk to her to reveal her true identity and complete this quest

Shadow Path Only Part

This part is a separate quest that doesn't have a title and isn't described in a logbook.

• Talk to Asmarael, the Queen of Spiders to hear her offer

Identities unveiled

This part is available to both Light and Shadow Paths. The Light character would receive it automatically. The Shadow character would receive it when declining Asmarael's offer. The gameplay for both Paths is similar. They would, however have different logbook entries.

• Talk to Asmarael, the Queen of Spiders
• Kill Asmarael
• Return to Failitia and talk to her
• Talk to Failitia, Dreamweaver of the Gods, Failitia's true self, to receive you reward

Turning the table

This part is available to the Shadow Path only. The Shadow character would receive it when accepting Asmarael's offer.

Notes

• The hidden tasks that require to kill the spiders are optional. You don't have to accomplish them in order to complete the quest. However, it is recommended to accomplish them too because they are rewarded with quite a big amount of Experience.
• In the Community Patch v100 this chain is accepted once you talk to Nemaya. It is impossible to decline.
• This chain is a new quest that was created and implemented entirely by the CM Patch developers. The script was written by Barristan, and first published at the forum of DarkMatters Community.
