Decreases the regeneration time for the aspect Exalted Warrior and raises maximum spell levels without penalty. Enables the use of modifications for this aspect.

At Level 75 Exalted Warrior Focus this skill will further reduce regeneration time. The highest spell level without penalty is raised even higher.
