Talk to Mourning Lilly to learn of her concerns about noises further into the ruins.
Have a look around the ruins and find out where the strange noises are coming from.
My name is Lilly, I often come to the ruins to remember the —— past. These old walls give me peace and strength, Lately strange noises have been coming from the corners. To be honest with you, I’m a little frightened. Could you find out where these noises die coming from?
Head into the ruins to investigate, where you'll discover a few Ghosts and half a dozen Undead have moved in. Destroy the 6 Undead including the Undead Leader(the ghosts don't count) and then head back to Lilly for your reward.

Notes
- Note: The quest Sinister Figures, which starts from Benny's Corn Circles, also takes place in these ruins; this can be beneficial for higher level characters who want to cut down on running back and forth, but is potentially dangerous for lower level characters against the higher level enemies in the area.
