The skill is available to character classes that are able to cast spells, namely Battle Mage, Daemon, Seraphim and Wood Elf.
It improves the regeneration rate for all spells by increasing mental regeneration. In combination with a magic lore skill or items with Regeneration Spells attribute, Meditation can seriously shorten spell regeneration.
