Near the merchant in Halko's manor, you will meet a barkeep named Jargohra. He will tell you that you earn a wish by burying the heart and liver of an Undead, the wind of Draconic Dragonfly and your spit at a certain crossroads. It sounds like a tall tale, but why not...

Your first stop will be to collect the liver of an Undead. Of course, he is still using it, so you will have to kill him to get it.

Next you need the wing of a Draconic Dragonfly.
|

||
The final component you need to collect is the heart of an Undead.
|
| ||
  |
||
Take those three components to the crossroads and dig a hole. Drop in your items, add your spit and fill in the hole.
