This man is known as an expert in summoning rituals. It means that you'd have to consult him while trying to catch the Succubus, a powerful daemon from the realm of Ker. This daemon was summoned by a Conjuror from Orcish Byway, a follower of Kuan. And now the only way to find that daemon is a strange ritual only a few conjurors know about. The Hermit you met in Nor Plat told you a bit about the ritual, but only this man, who lives among the Seraphims can tell you more about it. So now you'd have to look for him on the Seraphim Island and hope that he would agree to share his knowledge.
