- When this item is spawned using an Unlock Code or drops as a quest reward it is always of the same level as the player's character.
- The item name is a reference to an Item Set from Sacred 1 called Meg An-Enid's Blizzard. This set's name, in turn, is believed to be a reference to a real person.
