On Bronze and Silver Difficulty Levels legendary relics drop without any Item Modifiers, they just offer high elemental resistances.
Unlike other relics, the legendary ones can only have one name and one particular item modifier - chance to find valuables.
Chance to find valuables found on relics is higher than that found on jewellery and armor.
