Notes
- This two-handed staff is the reward for completing the last part of the High Elf's character specific chain quest (her 'blue chain'). For the Light High Elf it is Mayita DeElfici quest, while for the Shadow High Elf it is The Last of the DeElficis.
- Although not as stellar as comparable staffs, the experience per kill item modifier might be attractive to players looking to level faster.
- In game this stuff spawns as a quest reward - which is always adjusted to the character's level. The fact that this item can spawn every level means that when the character receives it as a reward, it would be exactly the same level as the character.
