This Item Modifier causes the nighttime period of the day cycle to be lengthened by the specified percentage. This is of special use to the Vampiress, whose Vampire Form combat abilities are significantly enhanced at night.
Note that this does not decrease the daylight period, thus th day cycle in Ancaria is lengthened.
