The Dryad whirls around creating a cloud of dust that will allow her to evade attacks more easily. It will also affect allies. (10% + 0.2% per CA level / +40% from base value) Recondition - Significantly reduces recharge time. (50% + 1% per CA level decrease) Silver Elongate - Dust Devil lasts considerably longer. (53.3% increase) Spell Shield - Light protection from hostile spells. (20% + 1% per CA level chance to block spells) Gold Sanding - Slightly damages opponents inside the Dust Devil. (21 + 10.5 per CA level physical damage(+damage modifiers)) Spread - Increases circumference of Dust Devil significanly. (42.9% increase) Skills The following skills will affect this combat art: Intelligence will raise the damage from the gold Sanding mod Stamina will decrease its regeneration Capricious Hunter Focus will decrease its regeneration Tactics Lore will raise the damage from the gold Sanding mod Concentration will decrease its regeneration Combat Discipline will increase its Damage and reduce its regeneration time if this Combat Art is placed within a combo. This increase in Damage is direct; it increases the +xx% that the CA adds to base damage. Usage Strategies Very effective defensive combat art right from the start that adds an evade chance to the dryad's stats while she remains in the cloud Taking the bronze mod Recondition and the silver mod Elongate seem to be overkill on the regen reduction, as with just one of the two the cloud can be kept up almost all the time The Silver mod Spell Shield is very good at blocking incoming spells and enemy combat arts, making it useful against caster bosses Also affects allies, so it can be used as a utility Combat Art to help boost the entire party's evade chance Pros and Cons Pros Eventually can be kept up at all times Adds a very nice chance to evade chance for the dryad or any friendly character within range of the cloud Can be used to boost Spell Resistance and Willpower through the silver Spell Shield option Can be turned into an offensive attack with the Sanding gold modification Cons Must stay within the range of the cloud for the effects to work on the character After casting, the cloud does not move with the character so if the player needs to move somewhere else, another cloud must be cast Stats Chart
