So, this is my idea of what the main quest page might look like in the future - not a great deal different from what we have now, but subtle changes all for the better (I think!). If, as Schot suggested, we were going to add in a section with the quests by difficulty level, I'm not entirely sure where that would go - perhaps in its own section between the current two sections?
Sacred 2 Fallen Angel has over 600 quests ready to be played. These quests are organised into different categories depending on their nature and any requirements to play them such as class.
Click in the category title in this list to see the proper quest listing:
- Main Campaign Quests: This is the main storyline of Sacred 2 Fallen Angel. There are two versions of this storyline, the Light Campaign and the Shadow Campaign, depending on the player character's alignment.
- Side Quests: These quests are secondary quests which aren't essential to the main storyline. The player can choose to play as many side quests as wanted. Side quests may be available for all characters (common), only available to characters of a particular alignment (path), only available to characters of a particular class (class) or only available to characters following a particular God or Goddess (deity).
- Path Specific Quests: These side quests are available only depending on the character's alignment. Shadow Campaign characters cannot access Light quests, and Light Campaign characters cannot access Shadow quests. Often Light and Shadow quests will play out opposing sides of a single situation.
- Class Specific Quests: These side quests are available only depending on the character's class. Seraphim can only access Seraphim Class Quests, Inquisitors can only access Inquisitor Class Quests etc. All classes receive their own campaign-spanning chain of quests known as a 'Blue Chain' due to the colour of its World Map quest indicators.
- Deity Specific Quests: These side quests are available only depending on the God or Goddess your character follows. Followers of Ker can only access Ker's quests, followers of Lumen can only access Lumen's quests etc.
- Common Side Quests: These side quests are available to all classes, regardless of path or deity.

My idea for the class quest page. Splits per chapter vertically, with blue chain quests on the left and other class quests on the right. A ToC would probably be needed to make it easier to find the character class you're looking for.
This page lists all the quests that are only available depending on your character's class. These do not differ from the light campaign to the shadow campaign.
Quests listed on the left are 'blue chain' quests that follow in sequence and span the length of the campaign. These quests can be identified on the map in game by the dark blue ?, ! and O indicators. On the screen the ? and ! indicators are displayed in your 'character' colour. This is Yellow for the Shadow Warrior, Light Blue for the Seraphim, Light Green for the Dryad, Dark Green for the Temple Guardian, Dark Blue for the High Elf and Red for the Inquisitor. The log entries for blue chain quests are found on a separate page to any other quest and do not change page per game chapter. They are also only available in Single Player mode.
Quests listed on the right are class quests separate to the 'blue chain' quests. Although the ? and ! indicators are displayed in the same colours as for the 'blue chain' quests, the O indicators on the maps are displayed in the standard white/grey of any other quest. The log entries for this type of class quest are found on the page for the relevant chapter, along with the other quests carried out in that chapter.
Blue chain quests are separated by chapter according to where the quest begins, although some may finish in the next chapter/region.
