Usage Strategies The main buff for any Pyromancer High Elf. Mod it twice for reduction of regeneration time for the Arrant Pyromacer aspect and you will see your combat art regeneration times plummeting down, which allows you to add more runes to them on the fly. Alternatively, mod for reflect and damage. A high chance to reflect will cause many melee-only enemies to kill themselves via reflected damage. Pros and Cons Pros Seriously reduces combat art regeneration time within the Arrant Pyromancer aspect if modded appropriately. High reflect chance at higher combat art levels is deadly against melee enemies. Reduces the impact of fire damage received. The best buff for any Arrant Pyromancer-oriented High Elf build. Cons Seriously increases combat art regeneration times for other aspects. The Fire damage of Incandescent skin isn't significant. Does not provide any armor bonus. Stats Chart
