- Combusting Arrows - Chance that arrows may burn before they can inflict damage. (30% + 2% per CA level chance to block ranged attack)

- Energy Focus - Decreases the regeneration time of the aspect Arrant Pyromancer. (20% + 1% per CA level decrease)
- Revenge - Chance to reflect close combat damage. (30% + 2% per CA level chance)

- Arrant Pyromancer Expertise - Further decreases the regeneration time for the Arrant Pyromancer aspect. (20% + 1% per CA level decrease)
- Fiery Ardor - Additionally increases fire damage. (50% + 2% per CA level increase)

Usage Strategies
The main buff for any Pyromancer High Elf. Mod it twice for reduction of regeneration time for the Arrant Pyromacer aspect and you will see your combat art regeneration times plummeting down, which allows you to add more runes to them on the fly.

- Seriously reduces combat art regeneration times within the Arrant Pyromancer aspect if modded properly
- The best buff for any Arrant Pyromancer-oriented High Elf build
Cons
- Seriously increases combat art regeneration times for other aspects
- The Fire damage of Incandescent skin isn't significant
