Quick Walkthrough

Talk to the Commander Kandorys to know that he can't help you
Find TyBosso in his camp and talk to him
Kill TyBosso, Assassins and Mercenaries who are guarding him
Talk to Glydial DeElfici, who was hiding in the tent, to finish this quest

Detailed Walkthrough

Take the Document that you found in Attack...again to Commander Kandorys, who is in the military camp in the city of Griffinborough. The commander is not very helpful.

Commander Kandorys: "The DeElficis yes? I always thought you Elves were all as thick as thieves! Well the business you Elves have with each other does not concern me unless it violates the law. As soon as you're being attacked we'll be able to help you, but not before then."

Fortunately, the Document tells where to find TyBosso. Your next stop is a small encampment just east of where Attack...again occurred. There you will find TyBosso DeElfici

TyBosso DeElfici: "You? You must be completely nuts to follow me all the way to this place! You won't get out of here alive."

He will then attack you, along with a number of mercenaries and assassins. After defeating them, talk to Glydial DeElfici (yes, him again) who is in a tent in the encampment.

Glydial DeElfici: "Whatever my grandfather may have done, the estate is still mine. I'll rebuild everything and make up for all the damage you caused."

Your next stop is in the Orc land of Nor Plat. You'd get there by going west of Orcish Byway and through the borderwall. You will most likely find this while working on the main quest. You will encounter a battle between Elves and Orcs in progress right at the trader that is located on the main road across Nor Plat, south of Tiupak.

As much as you want to kill him right then you know it would cause more problems that it is worth. But the next time you two meet.....

In the Temple Guardian's Unpack Quest

TyBosso will ask you to escort him out of the city. You bring him to a small camp just south of Dragonmaw Pass when you encounter Mage Aegwyn. She has some interesting things to say about him.
