Allows the Druid to sheath himself in a swirling mass of charged particles that improves his defense, provides a chance to block spells, and absorbs damage from fire, cold, and wind (physical) based attacks.

  • Quench - Adds 20% + 0.1% fire damage mitigation per level.
  • Fend - Further increases defense rating by 7.5% + 1.5% per level.

  • Melt - Adds 20% + 0.1% ice damage mitigation per level.
  • Ward - Increases the chance to block spells by 15%.

  • Expert - Decreases the regeneration penalty of Cyclone Armor by 25%.
  • Vim - Decreases the impact and duration of detrimental magic effects by 30% + 0.3% per level.

  • Armor Lore - will indirectly increase the armor resistance bonuses by a percentage (after they are added to the player's other sources of armor).

  • Stamina will lower the regeneration time penalty

Usage Strategies

  • This buff gives good protection against fire and ice damage, but will gain outstanding protection against these damage types with Quench and Melt mods.
  • The chance to block spells is subject to diminishing returns but can still reach upwards of 80% if the Ward mod is taken.
