Usage Strategies
- The range of Frost Nova slowly increases with level. The Ice Field mod and the item modifier Combat art range +X% can be used to further boost the radius of the nova quite high.
- Hypothermia increases enemy sensitivity to cold damage, like reverse Damage Mitigation. It can pierce ice immunities and also affects even enemies without any cold resistance. Hitting enemies with Frost Nova modded with Hypothermia is a good precursor to using other cold spells, which will cause more damage as a result.
- Conservation gold mod can decrease the regeneration time to very low levels which will allow for more runes read.
