Introduction: The Mystic Stormite

Here the High Elf specializes in ice magic, putting emphasis on her own protection while also weakening the opponent. This art of magic is the opposite of fire magic. It is much more defensive, although even a storm magician is able to weave some powerful attack spells.

Mystic Stormite Combat Arts

Frost Flare

A powerful frost blast is directed towards an opponent, inflicting damage over time while temporarily decreasing the target's movement rate.

Glacial Thorns

The origins of this spell are unknown, yet it has existed in spell books for as long as anyone can remember. The High Elf Adept commands thorn-like splinters of ice and hurls them towards her enemy. A mere wave of her hand will either bundle the splinters into one burst or turn the burst of icicles into a nova blasting out in a circular pattern with the caster located in the center.

Raging Nimbus

The High Elf is able to control the clouds and bring forth a devastating tempest. Weakened opponents in the area will be struck down by lightning.

Cascading Shroud

This spell casts a veil of invisibility around the High Elf. Her body becomes almost invulnerable, with normal weapons and arrows simply passing through the shroud instead of inflicting damage.

Crystal Skin (Buff)

Improves armor rating and resistance against spells. Slightly increases the regeneration time of all combat arts within the aspect Mystic Stormite while the buff is active. Crystal Skin cannot be used in conjunction with Incandescent Skin.

Mystic Stormite Skills

Mystic Stormite Focus Improves regeneration, raises max Combat Art level, and unlocks modification points for Mystic Stormite.

Mystic Stormite Lore Increases damage, critical chance, and cast speed, and unlocks modification points for Mystic Stormite.

Mystic Stormite Wind Serpent

The Wind Serpent for the Mystic Stormite is frosty white. The Ice and Blood version of this special mount is called the Fay Drake, and has unique armor.

Bonuses and Penalties

Like all special mounts, this Drake gives a large bonus to the rider's hitpoints and defense at the cost of increasing the regeneration penalty of combat arts.

However, this aspect mount gives a special bonus which offsets the regeneration penalty to Mystic Stormite. Therefore, the Mystic Stormite High Elf will desire this Wind Serpent. Combined with the Riding skill, the Mystic Stormite aspect will actually have lower regeneration times when the High Elf is mounted on this Drake.

Mystic Stormite Set: Faladal's Blizzard

Faladal's Blizzard is a set specially focused on the Mystic Stormite aspect, giving bonuses to all five combat art levels and their regeneration times. This set is intensely focused on improving the High Elf's regeneration time, casting speed and spell power.
