This is a Spell Damage Based Combat Art.
Modifications
|
|
Skills and Attributes
The following skills will affect this combat art:
- Lost Fusion Lore - improves combat art damage, critical chance and casting speed, allows for modification points.
- Lost Fusion Focus - reduces regeneration time and allows for higher level combat art without penalty, allows for modification points.
- Concentration - directly reduces regeneration time for this combat art.
- Combat Discipline - will increase the damage of this combat art and lower its regeneration time if it is placed in a combo.
- Ancient Magic - directly increases the damage and reduces enemies' resistance to the damage of this combat art (skill is only available to Temple Guardian with CM Patch).
- Damage Lore - will improve the chance, duration, and strength of Burning (secondary damage effect) triggered by Furious Emblazer's fire damage.
The following attributes will affect this combat art:
- Intelligence will increase its damage and spell intensity
- Stamina will lower regeneration time
Usage Strategies
- Furious Emblazer can hit multiple opponents in cone shaped area of effect in front of the Temple Guardian.
- Casting Fiery Ember beforehand can boost the effectiveness of Furious Emblazer by lowering opponents' fire resistances.
- Suggested modifications:
- Accelerant - Incapacitate - Intensify to incapacitate the enemy and for more brute damage up-front.
- Immolation - Terror - Burnout is a more defensive choice, forcing enemies to run away, suffer damage over time, and suffer more damage when injured.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Good synergy with Fiery Ember
- Deals a good amount of pure fire damage, good against enemies with little to no fire armor, like most undead or wild animals
- ...
Cons
- Area of effect is small and never increases
- Difficult to target and use efficiently. Targeting an enemy directly starts the flame jet to the right of them and only starts damaging them after half of the animation and damage is already done. It might be better to manually CTRL target the ground to the left of the intended target to maximize damage.
- At close ranges, even very minor enemy movement can lead to Furious Emblazer completely missing, especially with small enemies
- The Temple Guardian has to remain stationary for the duration of Furious Emblazer, leaving him very open to all attacks and flanking enemies
Stats Chart

---|---|---|---|
1 | 9.0 | 17-17 | 1.4/s |
